This dessert is creamy, and perfect for the chocolate lovers out there. But how does one skip all the fat that makes a great mousse? Silken tofu. Putting tofu in a dessert might sound scary, but tofu is a relatively flavorless food that takes on the flavor of whatever you’re cooking. You won’t even know it’s there!
